Senior Building Surveyor

• Inspect and advise on construction, maintenance & refurbishment of buildings
• Support APC candidates (if chartered)
• Prepare reports and schedules of works
• Ensure compliance with CDM, Party Wall, Building Regs & planning

A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Building Surveyor to take the next step in their career, joining a supportive and collaborative team within a well-established and growing multidisciplinary consultancy.

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Experienced in both project management & professional services
• Strong defect diagnosis & report writing skills
• Good understanding of regulations (CDM, Party Wall, Building Regs)
• MRICS (or close to achieving)
• Insurance repair project experience (advantageous)

📍 Redhill, Surrey | 💰 Up to £65,000 + Bonus | 🏡 Hybrid – 2 Days WFH
