What you would be doing

  • Perform or assist with structural analysis and detailing for conventional components, including superstructures, foundations, and soil/earth-retention systems.
  • Review construction-phase documents, submittals, and shop drawings for conformance.
  • Build and maintain coordinated 3D BIM models in Revit for design, clash coordination, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Project Architects/Engineers; participate in internal meetings to keep deliverables on track.
  • Conduct site visits and construction observation; prepare field reports; participate in condition assessments of existing facilities.
  • Interpret and apply building codes and other regulatory requirements.

You’ll contribute to the structural analysis, design, and delivery of new construction while also assisting with the evaluation and rehabilitation of existing structures.
