Develop and implement best practices and procedures for contract administration within the organization.
Manage contract lifecycle activities, including drafting, modifications, extensions, claims, variations, and close-out.
Monitor and enforce contract compliance, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and obligations are met.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Represent the company in negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
Lead the review, negotiation, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and KSA laws.
Prepare detailed reports and summaries for senior management on contractual status, risks, and claims.
Provide expert contractual advice and guidance to project managers, procurement, finance, and senior management.
Act as a key liaison between the project team and external stakeholders on all contract-related matters.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing the full contract management process for civil engineering and fit-out projects. This position requires advanced contractual knowledge, strong leadership in coordinating with stakeholders, and the ability to proactively manage risks, claims, and compliance in alignment with Saudi regulations and company objectives.

10+ years of proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry, with a strong background in large-scale civil and fit-out projects.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Leadership in contract management practices
Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Strong track record in claims management, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and commercial practices in Saudi Arabia (GCC experience highly valued).
Advanced contract administration & negotiation
Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools/software.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an asset).
Advanced knowledge of FIDIC and other international standard forms of contract.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (mandatory); master’s degree or professional certification is an asset.
