In this role you will read pick labels to confirm catalog numbers and quantities, pull products from bins, repack and zone them, and build pallets according to defined patterns. You will place items on conveyors leading to wrapping areas, arrange goods according to specific rules, and maintain meticulous attention to detail while keeping the work area clean, safe and free of debris.
The ideal candidate values quality at every level, enjoys learning, and embraces innovation. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1‑2 years of distribution or warehouse experience, proficiency with WMS or similar software, and the physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 45 lb. Strong attendance, the ability to meet productivity and quality standards, and resilience to occasional extreme temperatures are also essential.
