Monitor tugger route schedules and adjust as needed to meet production priorities and minimize downtime.
Collect finished goods from production and deliver them to the warehouse, accurately booking stock movements in the system.
Operate tugger routes to ensure efficient material flow between production and warehouse, maintaining continuous production availability.
Perform related logistics tasks such as sorting, packing, and transporting materials according to established procedures and safety standards.
Supply production lines with required components from the warehouse, preventing delays and optimizing workflow.
Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to resolve material flow issues and maintain accurate inventory records.

Effective communication skills in English.
Ideally you will also hold a D2 Reach Truck license – this will be needed for the role, and if you don’t have it yet, ABB will provide training to obtain it.
Skilled in material handling processes and inventory management systems.
Experience in warehouse operations or internal logistics (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
You will need to hold at least a D1 Reach Truck license.
Ability to work with relevant tools and methodologies in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Strong understanding of HSE standards and compliance requirements.
