Snowplow / Heavy Equipment Operator

Description

As a crew lead at CSL, you will direct a team of snow‑removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment, ensuring communities remain safe and accessible throughout the winter season.

Requirements

• G2 driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Proven experience operating a snowplow or other heavy equipment
• Reliable personal transportation to job sites (no public transit access)
• Open availability for on‑call work, including late‑night or early‑morning shifts
• Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak snow days
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit; able to lift 50 lbs or more
