Organising and hosting external audits
Carrying out supplier audits (labour providers, waste contractors, other key suppliers) and sharing reports
Assisting the Head of Internal Audit & Assurance with client and supplier paperwork, tenders, and contracts
Supporting improvement projects and working with Wilson James Assurers to enhance processes and track progress
Planning and running internal audits, reporting findings, and supporting issue closure
Building good working relationships with teams and helping them stay compliant

Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
Ability to interact effectively with internal staff at all levels
Good organisational skills with accompanying attention to detail
Experience in a large company as an Internal Auditor (not essential full training will be given)
Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
IRCA ISO9001 Internal Auditor Qualification (ideal but not essential)
Good IT Skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
Good communicator with people at all levels of the business and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues at sites visited
