We are seeking a Network Engineer to support our ongoing business growth. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business and client requirements. The position involves regular travel to client and company sites, providing on‑site technical expertise and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Perform on‑site network deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution (up to 70% travel).
- Conduct site surveys and network assessments to guide design improvements.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimisation measures.
- Respond promptly to outages and incidents, providing on‑site support as needed.
- Create and maintain accurate network documentation, including topology diagrams and configurations.
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure successful delivery of network solutions.
- Enforce security standards, policies, and best practices.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to local IT teams.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to support critical network operations.

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or comparable network hardware.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently across remote sites.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using network monitoring and management tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are desirable.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
