What You Bring

We are seeking a Project Analyst to join our Project Analytics division. This role is suited to an individual with approximately 2-4 years of experience in project controls environments, who possesses strong analytical skills and an interest in leveraging data to enhance project outcomes. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and consultants, consolidating project data, creating sophisticated models using the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps), and developing insights that inform strategic decisions. You must be based in Australia to apply for these roles. -Professional approach, with the discretion to handle confidential information. -Understanding of M code and DAX or a willingness to rapidly develop these skills. -Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets. -Exposure to project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). -Ability to manage tasks independently while effectively collaborating within a team. -Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. -Proactive, intellectually curious, and committed to continuous learning. -Proficiency or familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power BI. -Attention to detail with high accuracy standards. -A strong eye for graphic design, with an ability to produce visually appealing reports and dashboards. -Experience in a project controls/management environment advantageous -2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics/BI Development. -Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
