Requirements

Benjamin Moore & Co is seeking an ambitious, self‑motivated sales professional to grow profitable sales and market share in Oklahoma, focusing on Tulsa and Oklahoma City. The role includes implementing product placement, programs, and services within key retailer locations.

Candidates must possess excellent communication, listening, and public‑speaking abilities, along with strong relationship‑building and self‑discipline skills. A college degree, at least one year of field sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the territory are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
• Exhibit high self‑discipline, organization, and time‑management to meet deadlines.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM tools; prior field sales experience preferred.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record; travel up to 25% overnight.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

The advertised salary range for this position is $72,000 to $110,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other relevant factors.
