Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in go-to-market strategy development and growth enablement planning.
Experience with sustainability frameworks and reporting standards.
Proven success managing teams and complex projects.
Deep knowledge of public sector and familiarity with higher education and private sector needs relevant to the role.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in climate mitigation, climate adaptation, and resilience.
Ability to drive innovation and lead organizational change.
Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
Strategic thinking and business acumen.
Knowledge of social dimensions of sustainability, environmental justice, energy transition, net zero, and/or renewable energy.
Minimum 15 years of experience in a professional, fast-paced environment

Salary range of $175,000 to $250,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
