Manage equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and capital improvement planning for test facilities.
Translate high-level technical or program objectives into clear, actionable steps for the team.
Define and implement test strategies covering vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions per applicable industry standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810, 901, 461).
Serve as the primary technical and leadership point of contact for test execution, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish structure and process within the test group, including staff development plans, workload balance, and succession planning.
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of test milestones.

10+ years of experience in environmental or functional testing of complex systems, including at least 5 years in a formal leadership capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) eligible for government project work.
Skilled at translating conceptual or “big-picture” direction into tactical execution plans.
