Input and maintain accurate client data, leads, and activities in Salesforce CRM.
Schedule meetings and introductions for senior business development personnel.
Represent the company professionally at all times, contributing to growth and visibility in the Alberta market.
Collaborate with senior team members to identify potential clients and refine outreach strategies.
Occasionally travel within the province to meet clients and attend industry or project-related events.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting (emails, social media) to prospective clients across Alberta.
Participate in after-hours client and networking events as required.
Attend client coffee meetings, networking events, and industry functions to support relationship building.
Assist with proposals, follow-ups, and client communication.

Exposure to major civil, pipeline, and oil & gas projects across Western Canada.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
