The role sits within a dedicated service team that delivers exceptional customer experiences through integrated reception, concierge and administrative support for a Government Agency client building. You will proactively address client needs while maintaining professional standards and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities include front‑of‑house and visitor services, remote support for other sites, managing room bookings and set‑ups, coordinating catering, cleaning, AV equipment and video‑conferencing, administering car parks and lockers, reporting defects, handling calls and teleconferences, and managing mail distribution and service reporting.
We are looking for a skilled professional with proven customer‑service excellence and strong administrative expertise. Australian citizenship is essential, and experience in hospitality or hotel reception is preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain an Agency PEP Clearance and any additional entity clearances.
