Lead and train the installation and subcontractor team
Supervise the execution the WIP jobs, materials, assemblies and documentation.
Work proactively to avoid fire fighting and control cycle time.
Supervise and control the tasks of new installation and modernizations
Subcontractor development and ensure they follow the Company rules related to Safety and Quality
Impart training and ensure availability of trained resources (direct and subcontractor) through planning.
Plan the project, distribute and monitor the performance of installation engineers
Regular follow up on site updates and WIPs.
Ensure Process implementation and improvements (Pull, Site readiness, Audits etc)
Achieve on time delivery, good quality, employee productivity and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a communication channel with Customers for resolving and closing the issues.
