- Informing Client Account Managers of key findings, trends and performance versus client budgets, in addition to working with them to ascertain reasons for these trends;
- Supporting financial input into sales tenders, investment assessments, and strategic projects;
- Working closely with the CFO to provide insights into Linakers financial performance across clients and different revenue streams, analysing trends and making suggestions for improvement. In addition, providing actionable insights for finance and cost centre owners on operational efficiency opportunities;
- Managing a small team;
- Leading the preparation of monthly client reporting, providing financial and operational performance data and insights;
- Championing a culture of financial literacy and commercial awareness across operational teams
- Building dashboards, models, and visual reporting tools for board-level presentations;

- High emotional intelligence
