Keep the lobby, common areas, and model Casita clean and organized.
Provide chauffer service both during and outside of office hours.
Screen guests that have appointments to confirm they have an appt and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Schedule, verify, and provide scheduled tours.
Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and questions.
Ensure guests complete all waivers prior to factory admittance.
Greet anyone who comes into BOXABL.
Monitor the email inbox and respond in a timely manner.
Pick up and distribute mail to the BOXABL team.
Stock office supplies and monitor inventory.

Comfortable wearing ALL white—required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are preferred.

Proactive and problem-solving experience a plus.
