Year Established
The company was established in Nashville with a mission to shape Tennessee's communities through strategic site development.
From day one its founders poured effort into civil infrastructure—storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water, electrical systems—laying the literal foundations of progress.
Quickly recognized across Middle Tennessee, the firm took on residential, commercial and industrial developments with precision and care.
Operating as a full‑service general contractor, Bear Construction blends heavy‑civil engineering with underground utilities, bridging planning to completion.
Strong client relationships fuel its story—each project is a partnership where communication and integrity drive delivery.
Despite its relatively young age, the company prides itself on craftsmanship that rivals seasoned firms entrenched for decades.
