High-level organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
Must be available to work the following schedule: Sunday through Wednesday from 10a to 8p. This schedule will change during daylight savings time to 9a to 7p.
Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.
Knowledge of technical repair and maintenance protocols and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in technical language pertinent to operational logistics.
Advanced proficiency in dispatch and operational management software.
Demonstrable experience in a dispatch role, ideally within a technical repair or maintenance context.
