- Keep up to date with hospitality design trends, materials, and innovations
- Produce accurate technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is delivered
- Attend and present in client meetings confidently
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and detailed design packages
- Develop and present design concepts for hospitality projects
- Liaise with consultants and contractors throughout the design process

Technical Skills
- Adobe InDesign & Photoshop – presentations, mood boards, and visuals
- Microsoft Office Suite – project coordination and documentation
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Open to feedback and keen to continuously refine design output
- Confidence in client presentations and design pitches
- Excellent space planning ability and strong attention to detail
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Professional, client-focused, and confident in presentations
- Strong conceptual and presentation ability
- 5–8 years’ experience within a recognised design or architectural practice, ideally focused on hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, etc.)
- Experience preparing detailed drawings and documentation packages
- AutoCAD – technical drawings and packages
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must be a Dubai resident or hold a valid Emirates ID
- Valid driving licence for site visits (essential)
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for hospitality design
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept through to completion
- Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
- Strong communicator, confident liaising with clients, consultants, and international teams
- SketchUp – 3D modelling and visualisation
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 AED per month
