Perform feasibility study, concept design, front end engineering design (FEED) and detailed designs for civil & structural (C&S) works in industrial/energy related projects. The C&S design will cover foundation, substructure for storage tanks, pipe racks/sleepers/bridge, equipment plinths/foundation, underground pipeline culvert, drainage, sewerage, road infrastructures, superstructures for low-rise buildings/structures, etc.
Carry out authorities’ pre-consultation, submissions and liaison with authorities for necessary approvals
Prepare C&S tender specifications, project requirement, carry out tender evaluation, etc. for C&S works
Prepare C&S material take off (MTO) for cost estimates
Conduct presentation for concept, FEED and detailed designs to clients and stakeholders

Preferably, honour degree in C&S Engineering from a recognised university and with at least 5 years of detailed design experience in civil & structural engineering projects.
Conversant in geotechnical engineering design
Conversant in Eurocodes, BS Codes, NFPA, API
Good spoken and written English
Experience in power plant projects would be an added advantage
At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in design of concrete and steel structures, drainage, sewerage and road works infrastructures
Able to project manage assigned projects independently and possess strong presentation, communication and report writing skills
Candidate with more than 15 years of relevant experience will be considered for higher position
Experience in marine facilities’ design would be an added advantage.
