Review and interpret DA conditions, BCA compliance, and sector-specific regulatory frameworks.
Liaise with architects, consultants, and client representatives to ensure design intent and compliance requirements are met.
You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team delivering purposeful, community-driven projects across NSW, QLD, and interstate.
Assist in preparing and coordinating tender packages, design documentation, and early works planning.
Coordinate value engineering workshops, design reviews, and risk assessments.
Assist in preparing Design & Construct contracts, including consultant agreements and scopes of work.
Ensure adherence to WHS legislation, company processes, and industry standards.
Support scope development, cost planning, and programming activities.
Contribute to client-side reporting, governance documentation, and stakeholder briefings.
Prepare and maintain preliminary budgets, procurement schedules, and risk registers.

Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and project workflows concurrently.
Confident presenting to and collaborating with clients and external consultants.
3–5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role within construction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, and EstimateOne.
Benefits
Base salary: AUD 140,000–160,000 + Super
