Prepares recommendation material for management consideration.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, finance, and IT teams to align asset strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and implement asset lifecycle strategies, risk assessments, and reliability-centered maintenance activities.
Facilitate and support the creation and implementation of tactical asset management plans.
When required/requested, serves on industry committees and task forces as a representative of SRP.
Support the adoption of the asset management strategic plan and multi-year improvement plans.
Serves as an engineering project leader and both perform and support business unit's implementation of asset management best practices. Best practices cover topics such as data requirements and data quality, risk definition and assessments, condition health and failure mode analysis, equipment performance, and maintenance and capital replacement strategies, among others.
Administers and reviews work performed by consultants and others.
Develop, administer, and report on asset management and health metrics for the electric system, Power Delivery, and Resilience & Asset Management.
Leads collaboration across SRP.
Prepares and/or conducts written and oral reports and presentations.
Support capital planning and budgeting through data-driven asset condition assessments.
Lead process improvements across organizations within the electric system.
Provide engineering analysis and asset management support assets across the electric system (transmission, distribution, generation and operational technology).

Strong communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrates leadership in organizational change management to foster the success of new business products, services, and/or business processes.
Strong data skills (e.g., Excel, SQL basics, Power BI).
Demonstrates thought leadership to further new ideas and business processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and/or customer satisfaction.
Ability to quickly learn and acquire new technical skills.
Demonstrated ability to organize a diverse workload, work independently, and complete work accurately and within deadlines.
Experience with information systems is a plus (e.g., Maximo, Cascade, SAP, Snowflake, GIS, Copperleaf).
