The Leasing Consultant role includes responsibilities such as contacting prospects, setting appointments for tours, using CRM‑Knock to generate traffic, verifying apartment availability and pricing, assisting online applications, coordinating tours with onsite teams, listening to resident and prospect requests, partnering with marketing, completing market surveys and monthly training, and performing other assigned duties.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), at least one year of on‑site leasing experience, bilingual (Spanish) preferred, superior customer service attitude, computer proficiency with MS Office, One‑Site experience preferred, and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
