In this position you will manage the full leasing cycle—from greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and processing applications to preparing leases and facilitating smooth move‑ins. You will maintain unit readiness, execute marketing initiatives, track activity in the property‑management system, and ensure show units meet company standards. Ongoing resident communication, follow‑up, and support of the lease‑renewal program are also key responsibilities.
Applicants must hold all state and local licenses or certifications required for the role and possess a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb independently or 50 lb with assistance, in all weather conditions. The schedule may include evening, weekend, and holiday call‑outs, and occasional travel to other properties or training events.
The Leasing Associate role supports a lease‑up community of 311 units and requires weekend availability. It is an entry‑level position that demands prior lease‑up experience and offers a 20 % housing discount to eligible employees. The incumbent will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets.
The hourly wage ranges from $18.27 to $23.00, with additional compensation determined by experience, location, and business needs.
