- Identify, communicate & mitigate risk associated with design and cost estimates
- Work closely with the team and raise RFIs to optimise deliverables
- Support and undertake feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans & BOQ for KSA projects
- Conduct quantity take-off from design information at various design stages
- Delivery of Cost plans for projects for occupier and investor clients

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, preferably CostX
- A track record in delivering high quality services from inception to completion
- MRICS is preferred but not necessarily mandatory for the right individual
- The ideal candidate will have a technical and experience-based QS/CM background, with minimum experience of 8 years
- Working with various measurement codes like NRM, POMI, CESMM etc.
- Team management skills would be preferable.
- Flexible and have the ability to work to deadlines
- Experience with Commercial, hotel / hospitality and residential projects would be desirable.
- Developed verbal, numerical and report/proposal writing skills
- Demonstrate understanding of KSA construction methodology
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
