Maintain an effective working relationship with Store Management, Staff, Volunteers, homeowners and Store customers
Drive TPC/HFH vehicles safely to pick donated items and deliver merchandise
Daily cleaning and straightening of Store Donation area, keeping it neat and clean
Screen for product usability when donors call or bring in donations
Communicating with Store Manager regarding incoming donations
Operate forklift
Operate a cash register to document sale of merchandise. Refers to established pricing guidelines and schedules
Occasionally supervising volunteers, making their experience meaningful
Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures for each type of sale
Load and unload all donated materials
Answer telephone and provide Store information, directions and meeting the callers' needs

Ability to spend majority of the day standing or moving about the Store. Work may require climbing ladders, considerable standing, bending, kneeling and reaching in awkward positions
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Screen for product usability while in the field

Must be a good listener and be able to engage in well-considered discussions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Bilingual preferred
Must give excellent customer service skills to donors and customers
Fork lift experience preferred
Must understand and support the Mission of Habitat for Humanity
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
