Own the Surcharge Management Tool, working with the commercial enablement data support team for updates and enhancements.
Investigate, research, and resolve product surcharges and Force Majeure unit price adjustments in collaboration with Pricing Manager, Sub-Region Controllers, and Business Managers.
Identify and lead continuous improvement projects focused on commercial productivity for Gen Gas assets across all regions, including automated reporting development.
Perform data analysis and support Productivity Operations/Supply Chain Leads with actionable insights, trend identification, and improvement measurement.
Validate surcharges in the Surcharge Management tool for completeness, proper review, and compliance with policy.
Collaborate with the Central Productivity team to source ideas, manage resources, and complete projects.
Lead cross sub-region replication efforts and develop additional Orchestra variables (filterable in Qlik Sense) to leverage global projects and benefits.
Define requirements and review enhancements for reporting tools (QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI, or equivalents).
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls testing requirements for the surcharge process.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Strong technical knowledge of data processing, data visualization, and analysis.
Multi-disciplinary business background, including commercial and/or financial experience.
Collaborative and customer-focused mentality.
Strong interpersonal skills with influential leadership capabilities.
Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Qlik Sense, QlikView, and SharePoint (preferred).
Ability to implement change management initiatives effectively.
