Construction Materials Laboratory Technician - Concrete and Soils

This is a full-time on-site role for a laboratory Technician located in Avenel, NJ. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as performing tests, inspections, and technical evaluations at various job sites. Additional tasks include collecting and analyzing samples, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role will require frequent interaction with clients and team members to deliver high-quality results and service.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Relevant certifications and licenses: ACI/ICC/NICET/OSHA etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in concerete and soil laboratory testing, inspections, and technical evaluations
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports
• Skills in sample collection proceesig and analysis
• Prior experience in the lab or in the field as a inspector is a plus
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
