- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods
- Ability to review and understand drawings and specifications as well as constructability
- Minimum of three years of experience as part of a preconstruction, design or construction operations team
- Professional degree in construction management or a related field (mechanical or civil engineering, architecture) is required
- A valid Driver’s License
- Must live within a commutable distance from Fort Lauderdale, Florida
- Expectations: Attention to detail, excellent communication (written and verbal), strong organizational skills, ability to interact as part of a team
- Preferred Experience with Sketchup, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite
- Technology: Experience working with construction technology programs including Procore, CAD, Revit and Microsoft Project is required
- Basic understanding of construction project sequencing and scheduling
- This is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
