Regularly required to use hands to operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
Determining parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need
Provide technical support and act as a resource for customers
Performing repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
Preparing for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the company’s mission and values
Fulfilling Brady Mentorship Program requirements to include completing on-the-job training requirements laid out in the BMP evolutions
Inspect, maintain, and complete necessary repairs for all company provided materials including fleet vehicle, tools, equipment where provided
Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
Documents work by completing paperwork on each job daily and closing out jobs in a timely manner where applicable
Servicing of products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices
Identification, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing systems and products at customer's location
Performing timely preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers
Maintain service uniform wear such as hats, shirts, pants, and shoes to ensure compliance with company dress code

Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks such as tool use, wiring, or securing fasteners.
Team lifts are required for any load exceeding 50 pounds per individual, with clear communication protocols, including verbal confirmation and coordinated movements, to ensure safety.
Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Ability to pass drug screening
Currently enrolled in an associate’s degree, diploma, certificate, or military training in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning from an accredited institution
Must be able to communicate effectively and perceive verbal instructions and warnings in a high-noise industrial environment (above 85 dBA), while wearing required hearing protection.
Must wear appropriate PPE, including but not limited to: safety glasses, safety-toed boots, hard hats, high-visibility vests or shirts, task-specific gloves, and hearing protection, as required by the work environment.
Ability to complete EPA Universal Certification
Must be able to work overtime/weekends as requested
All PPE must comply with OSHA standards and be inspected daily for proper condition fits appropriately, and is free of defects.
Involves climbing and performing tasks while positioned on ladders.
Supervised all of the time
Must have sufficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to use hand tools, power tools, and electronic diagnostic equipment.
Requires working in confined/constricted spaces and at elevated heights (e.g., ladders, scaffolding, rooftops).
Ability to lift and carry or otherwise move:
Proficiency with computer devices (including laptops, tablets, and smart phones) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS software
Up to 50 pounds occasionally
Regularly exposed to mechanical/equipment rooms, rooftops, and drop ceilings.
Must always follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.

Ability to prove US employment eligibility
