Step into a highly visible role supporting trusted partnerships with IFM Investors
Help manage emergency plans, testing schedules and document control
Build a long-term career in facilities & property with global training and mentoring
Support tenant communications, notices, signage and building updates
Work close to home across a tight cluster of Western Sydney retail centres
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management team
Assist with contractor onboarding, inductions and scheduling
Maintain accurate compliance, safety and sustainability (ESG) records and reporting
Partner with CBRE and IFM Investors teams to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement
Coordinate work orders, quotes, purchase orders and invoices through CBRE systems

Previous experience in facilities, trades, administration, or coordination (or similarly transferrable skills)
