Reliable, punctual, with regular attendance
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions for prolonged periods
Ability to navigate active construction sites, undeveloped, uneven, and wooded terrain on foot
Capability to safely lift/carry up to 50 lb of equipment
Adherence to company policies and procedures
Willingness to travel overnight as needed
