Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The leader will plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance using CMMS tools, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with operations to align maintenance priorities with production goals. Additional duties involve analyzing maintenance data for trends, managing vendor relationships and spare‑part inventory, supporting capital projects, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Candidates should hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Required skill areas cover accuracy and attention to detail, effective communication, engineering‑manufacturing knowledge, plant facilities management, problem solving, project management, and technical troubleshooting. Top candidates will have at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, including exposure to robotics and PLC systems, strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical systems, proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
The position is located in East Peoria, IL (Building KK) and follows an alternative work schedule of 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating pattern, resulting in seven working days every 14‑day cycle with a three‑day weekend every other week. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available, and travel is expected to be less than 10 %.
