Key duties involve meeting daily, weekly and monthly business targets, managing valuation opportunities via the ROSIE system, leading door‑knocking and zonal canvassing, handling Rightmove and On The Market leads, responding to intranet and inbound calls, and generating referral business through excellent customer engagement.

The role provides a £25,000 basic salary with an on‑target earnings potential of £42,000, plus an additional commission scheme and access to company‑wide incentive programmes. Working hours are full‑time: 8:30 am‑6 pm Monday‑Thursday and 9 am‑5 pm Saturdays.

New advisers start with a week‑long, fully‑paid training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, featuring industry‑leading one‑to‑one and group sessions, followed by a second training week within the first six weeks of employment.
