We are seeking MRICS qualified Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management professionals, who want to develop their career in a personable and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering pre and post contract quantity surveying services Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships. Delivering high quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Clients’ requirements. Preparing tender documentation and managing the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes. Cost planning and cost estimating Valuing completed work and arranging for payments. Producing and presenting reports to Clients. Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects

10+ years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying

Degree in Quantity Surveying

• Ability to work as part of a team
• 3+ years’ experience with a consultancy organization
• Sound knowledge and practical experience of pre and post contract commercial management.
• Native English level written and oral skills
• Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships.
• Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written
• 3+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia
• 10+ years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying
• MRICS Chartered
• MRICS or equivalent chartered status
• Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
• Arabic desirable
• Experience of building projects, high specification offices, mixed use
• Degree in Quantity Surveying

• Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
