Proven experience leading the end-to-end implementation of a Warehouse Management System
Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis (Excel, SQL)
Familiarity with WMS/ERP integration

Supply Chain domain knowledge
Experience on distribution center systems automation systems and also supporting applications (e.g., WES, WCS, RF, Conveyors, Label Applicators, In Line Scanners, etc)
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics process engineering
Familiarity with middleware integration products such as Boomi
10+ years hands-on experience with leading WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Red Prairie)
Certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, APICS CPIM, or CSCP
Good analytical, oral communication and written documentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Industrial engineering, or related field
Advanced communication, negotiation, change management, and conflict resolution capabilities
