Demonstrated ability to lead technical solution development, influence design decisions, and support business growth initiatives.
Understanding of electro-optical systems, beam control technologies, and thermal/power systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven (7) years of related experience OR a Master's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience OR a PhD in a related field and three (3) years of related experience.
Proficiency with modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or similar.
Familiarity with DoD systems engineering processes, requirements development, and verification/validation.
Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
