Coordinate all maintenance activities with Plant Maintenance, including washing and transporting product/materials across plant areas.
Perform general facility maintenance, including but not limited to:
Lead, direct, and work alongside one (1) maintenance helper to complete daily tasks.
Operate a mini excavator to move, break down, and load product into dumpsters.
Coordinate plant logistics for designated supplies and ensure proper delivery and storage.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages promptly.

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Comfortable leading and training a helper while also physically performing tasks.
Basic skills in general maintenance (roofing, insulation, painting).
Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.
Experience in plant maintenance or a similar industrial environment.
Ability to operate a mini excavator; medium equipment operating skills are a plus.
