Reviewing contractor pricing, clarifications, exclusions and program alignment
Running end-to-end tender activity including:
Issuing tender packages and managing Requests for Tender
Assisting the delivery team with scope clarification post award
Supporting post-tender negotiations and best & final offers
Setting up tenders using Nexvia and SharePoint
You’ll work on iconic projects with leading brands
Producing detailed tender submissions and tender breakdowns
Completing take-offs, scopes, and assessments across all trades
Preparing head contract reviews and highlighting commercial risks

Strong stakeholder management across internal and external teams
Strong trade, cost and program understanding
Confidence working with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Ability to run multiple tender submissions from $1M–$10M+
Experience with CostX, Bluebeam or similar
High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach
Sharp financial judgement and commercial risk awareness
5+ years estimating experience in commercial fit-out (workplace/retail/hospitality/wellness is ideal)
