We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience, strong connections with channel partners and HNIs, and the drive to consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Solid understanding of Dubai real estate market dynamics and demand drivers
Experience handling international clients is an added advantage
Strong network of channel partners and high-net-worth individuals
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
