The Dublin office is hiring a Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, integrate them into master programmes, and support enterprise‑wide reporting. The role will collaborate with stakeholders, review contractor plans, and contribute to earned‑value and cash‑flow analysis.
- Develop detailed project schedules from first principles using Primavera P6.
- Integrate individual schedules into a master programme schedule.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define realistic durations and dependencies.
- Maintain and update schedules monthly for enterprise‑wide reporting.
- Review contractor schedules and support tender evaluations.
- Assist with earned‑value analysis, cost‑loaded schedules, and cash‑flow projections.
- Facilitate cross‑project scheduling workshops and reporting.
- Support project controls through data analysis and summary reporting.
