Tiler

Description

• Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, levelling, and applying adhesives
• Participate in the company’s out-of-hours emergency repair rota as required
• Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precision and attention to detail
• Grout and seal tiles to ensure a waterproof and durable finish
• Repair and replace damaged or broken tiles as part of routine maintenance or specific repair tasks
• Conduct inspections to assess the condition of tiled surfaces and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
• Install tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required

Requirements

• Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• Full UK driving license
• Proven experience as a Tiler in a construction or repairs and maintenance setting
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurement and cutting
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Wall and Floor Tiling
