We’re looking for a semi-skilled to skilled Epoxy Installer to join our commercial flooring team. This role focuses on fluid-applied flooring systems and polished concrete projects throughout Indiana, with most work in the greater Indianapolis area.
- Willingness to work variable hours, including some weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- 2+ years of experience in epoxy, resinous flooring, or concrete polishing preferred
