Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs.
Assist in end user training and documentation.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and debugging.
Support active projects including Hypercare.
Participation in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
Document functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.
