Assign project resourecs to projects as needed in order to ensure that timely and adequate delivery of required work.
Timely inform the executive team and stakeholders of any project delays and identify critical issues that need to be resolved to keep project completion on track.

Ensure relationships with service level providers are managed smoothly and effectively in a way that guarantees that Masdar is provided with quality and timely services, in line with relevant service level agreements.
Coordinate different project activities in order to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of unit systems, policies and procedures covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements and standards are fulfilled while ensuring that policies and procedures support the delivery of the strategy.

Scope and appraise projects taking into consideration technology innovation
Prepare project performance status, cost control, staffing and programme reports
Contribute to and ensure successful project development as per approved budget.
Prepare for project steering committee reviews in order to provide the required updates.
Represent the client of the assigned projects in front of external end user government representatives such as Ministers and Prime Ministers.
Monitor and control project expenditures to maintain financial performance within approved budgetary limits.
Prepare informative weekly and monthly project progress reports as required and to the desired standard.
Ensure the preparation of project execution plans RP& EPC contracts
Prepare and submit project cost estimates and appraisal report.
Monitor and control project progress in order to escalate any issues and take corrective actions.
As and when required by management, personally manage key relationships/negotiations with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the negotiation and agreement of favourable deals and agreements that safeguard Masdar's best interest while ensuring the delivery of necessary needs/goals.
Manage assigned projects in order to ensure that they are executed and results are delivered within time, budget and required standards.
Participate and develop project lessons learned in order to contribute to risk management and mitigation.
