• Contribute to data collection and reporting for continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery.

• Work closely with project managers to help maintain quality standards and safety compliance on site.
• Collaborate with project engineers and site superintendents to efficiently manage construction costs and schedules on-site.
• Support project teams in monitoring project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing corrective actions.
• Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily field operations, ensuring smooth communication between workers and management.
• Participate in tracking construction materials, labor productivity, and schedule adherence to optimize project execution.

Requirements

• Good understanding of construction site operations and field management practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Availability to travel to and work on construction sites regularly.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering with a construction focus, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interest or background in Construction Project Management or related disciplines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
