What You Bring

Applicants should have either a business, mathematical or scientific background and be able to use Microsoft Excel to a high standard. We have a vacancy for an undergraduate student to complete a Year in Industry placement as a Customer Care & Logistics Assistant within the Supply Chain department, commencing Summer 2026. This is an undergraduate opportunity. Applicants should have either a business, mathematical or scientific background and be able to use Microsoft Excel to a high standard. You will be trained and gain experience in working with a number of key business systems to provide support within a fast-paced Supply Chain environment. You will be required to manage the supply of products from various locations to key customers from receipt of customer orders to delivery of the goods to their site. Liaison with customers, hauliers, sales managers, credit control, planning, warehouse personnel and purchasing will be required to ensure successful, on time delivery. Good communication skills are therefore essential. You will also be required to undertake specific project work within the supply chain and logistics function and must be analytical, logical and familiar with working with spreadsheets, databases and modeling techniques.
