  • Collaborate with HR to execute Operations’ Hourly Employees evaluations
  • Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing process issues (Root cause analysis)

  • Define Operations’ Hourly Employees job positions scope of work, labor grade and prepare their training plan
  • Create manufacturing routings and work instructions for the fabrication of parts and assemblies with clear instructions.
  • Design layouts of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and manufacturing requirements are integrated into the design and development of a new product from ideation through launch
  • Contributing Respectfully - Sharing opinions, valuing ideas, sharing opposing perspectives with respect
  • Develop process documentation (Process Flow, VSM, FMEA, Spaghetti Diagrams)
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and lead cross functional teams at continuous improvement activities plant- wide using Lean manufacturing tools to streamline operations for new and existing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity to reduce waste and lower costs.
  • Define the required machinery, fixtures, gauges, and other equipment needed for the manufacturing process.
  • Accelerating Impact: Builds confidence by modeling behavior, effective communications and positive influence.

  • Advance Computer Skills: Knowledge of computer functions and ability to use computer systems including Microsoft Office suite, file management and Programming Languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP Transactions related to Operations (Routings, BOM, Item Master, Inventory)
  • ERP Enterprise Resource Planning: Knowledge and ability to use systems of integrated applications to manage the business automation, including BOM, in back- office functions related to technology and services.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding of the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to input and process information with high levels of accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and manage data (pivot tables, databases, Macros and PowerBi)
  • 2-4 years of Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • 2-4 years of Experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar.
  • Ability to use drafting tools
  • Listening to Understand – Open mind, learning from others, accepting feedback, embracing the objective
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others is a matrix team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools and lean manufacturing concepts (kanbans, kaizen, 5S).
  • Master’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
  • Exhibiting Agility: Aligns people, processes and strategies to drive flawless execution in an ever-changing environment.
  • Understanding of sheet metal processes is preferred (e.g., Metal Forming, Bending, Laser Cutting, Shearing, Stamping, Basic Machining Operations, Welding).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Project)
  • Requires practical knowledge of Industrial Engineering typically obtained through advanced education combined with some applicable experience as a manufacturing/ process/ industrial engineer.
  • Understanding of mathematical calculations
