Property Management Executive

Description

The Property Management Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining properties, ensuring that they are in good condition, and managing tenant relationships.

• Rent Collection: The Property Management Executive will be responsible for ensuring that rent is collected on time and managing delinquent accounts.
• Property Marketing: The Property Management Executive will work with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to market properties and attract new tenants.
• Budgeting and Reporting: The Property Management Executive will work closely with the finance team to create and manage budgets for each property. They will also be responsible for creating and submitting regular reports to management.
• Lease Management: The Property Management Executive will be responsible for drafting and managing lease agreements for each property. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all lease terms are followed.
• Manage Properties: The Property Management Executive will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all properties managed by the company. They will coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards.
• Compliance: The Property Management Executive will ensure that all properties are compliant with local laws and regulations. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
• Tenant Relations: The Property Management Executive will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, including handling complaints and ensuring that all tenant needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in property management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management.
